This is an independently operated private reference site, not a government office. We neither store official criminal records nor obtain official checks or submit record filings on a visitor's behalf.

Our role is to direct readers to Oscoda County record custodians, including the sheriff and the District and Circuit Courts, as well as the Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center and the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect readers with outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Our advertising partners likewise do not offer site tools for evaluating applicants, renters, insurance risk, or credit. You must not use information from this website or a linked tool to:

• Assess credit or determine an insurance rate

For a legally regulated screening purpose, use an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider or the official process required by law. Michigan State Police CJIC limits fingerprint searches to circumstances authorized by a statute, rule, or executive order.
